Ms. Fenton holds a Master's Degrees in Physiology and Business from San Diego State University. Ms. Fenton has been the principal negotiator of over 100 major capitated contracts for national HMO's. The focus of her business is on Business Development and Contracting, with an emphasis on cost containment and profitability.
