Kim Fenton has held a variety of executive positions in Healthcare Management- within Healthplans, Medical Groups and Hospitals. Ms. Fenton holds a Master's Degrees in Physiology and Business from San Diego State University. Ms. Fenton has been the principal negotiator of over 100 major capitated contracts for national HMO's. The focus of her business is on Business Development and Contracting, with an emphasis on cost containment and profitability.

She established Coastal Healthcare in 1997 in order to assist Physicians and other Health Care providers understand the complexities of Managed Care contracts, Rates and Rate Analysis, Credentialing, ever changing product lines and the importance of having a profitable book of business. Coastal Healthcare is one the oldest, best reputed and established companies in the area and since 1997 . We have services thousands of Clients and have grown through referrals from happy customers.

Alma McClintock has been with Coastal Healthcare Consulting Group for over 15 years and serves as the Office Manager. She assists in all aspects of the office, handles all accounting (AP/AR) aspects, write Termination and Negotiation letters, manage all clients and details of their cases. Alma reviews and negotiate contract language and fee schedules and creates analysis charts of current rates with Medicare for reference.

Alma is a Medical Billing and Insurance Specialist, Certified Bookkeeper, and a Delta Epsilon Tau Honors Society member. She is a Notary Public and has been listed as a Who’s Who among Executive Managers.

Janel Wallace is a Credentialing Consultant who understands the importance of credentialing and contracting. She has knowledge and expertise of the lengthy and complicated process that comes with credentialing and contracting for medical providers. She has over 20 years’ experience in the medical field which includes medical office management, credentialing, contracting, medical billing, and prior authorizations. She is committed to assuring that all providers are credentialed and are receiving the best possible rates from the different insurance networks.
Value Added: Janel has the ability to take on big projects in addition to hundreds of small tasks and she never gets stressed or flustered!

Rocky has been working at Coastal for a number of years during summer breaks from College. He has a BA in Economics and a Masters in Finance from The Carey School of business. He currently works in Mergers and Acquisitions and in his spare time he does special projects and is tasked with being the company data and systems Millennial – to keep us up to date.

Sue is a Berkley graduate with years of experience in the legal field specifically litigation, Sue Powers, channels her in-depth paralegal experience towards working with insurance companies to contract and credential physicians. With over 20 years of service at Coastal Healthcare, she understands what it is like to work both with a team or independently on healthcare matters from the inception until the conclusion. Sue takes on the most complex accounts and is great at hospital privileging projects, She has attention to detail, and takes pride in every document being accurate. She is extremely resourceful, does great research and is highly organized.
